MEDICI approached us with the goal of presenting their development with the level of professionalism and clarity the project deserved.

While the architectural concept and location were strong, the project lacked a cohesive brand and digital presence capable of communicating its value to potential buyers. Without a clear visual identity and a dedicated online platform, marketing efforts were fragmented and the project struggled to stand out in a competitive market.

Our objective was to create a unified brand and digital experience that would elevate the perception of the development while supporting future marketing campaigns.

By combining branding, website design, and targeted advertising, we helped MEDICI establish a stronger presence and a more effective system for attracting qualified buyers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In real estate development, first impressions play a critical role in buyer decisions. Projects that present themselves professionally often generate significantly more trust and interest from potential buyers.

For MEDICI, the opportunity was clear: transform the way the project was presented to the market.

Without a strong brand and a modern website, potential buyers had limited ways to explore the development or understand its value. This created friction in the marketing funnel and reduced the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

By building a cohesive brand identity and a conversion-focused website, we could create a central hub for all marketing activities — allowing advertising campaigns to drive traffic to a platform designed to inform, engage, and convert potential buyers.

WHAT WE DID

Our work began with the creation of a brand identity designed specifically for the MEDICI development.

We developed a visual system including logo design, typography, and color palette that positioned the project with a refined and contemporary aesthetic. The identity was built to communicate credibility while remaining flexible across marketing materials and digital platforms.

With the brand foundation established, we designed and developed a modern website that would serve as the central hub for the project’s marketing activities. The website was built with a strong focus on clarity, performance, and conversion — ensuring potential buyers could easily explore the development, understand its value, and submit inquiries.

Finally, we launched targeted advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the new website, connecting the branding and digital platform into a unified marketing funnel.

RESULTS

The combination of branding, website development, and targeted advertising significantly improved the project’s overall marketing performance.

Following the launch of the new website, user engagement increased substantially. Visitors spent 2.7× longer on the site, and inquiry submissions increased by 46% compared to the previous marketing materials.

Advertising campaigns also became more efficient once traffic was directed to the new conversion-focused platform. Cost per lead decreased by 34%, while the quality of incoming enquiries improved noticeably.

Most importantly, MEDICI now operates with a clear brand identity and a digital platform capable of supporting the entire lifecycle of the development’s marketing and sales activities.
